  1. The Shawshank Redemption - It's good, because you follow a man who is accused of a murder he hasn't done, unlike the persons we've talked about in the class.

  15. Menace II society - Much more than just a typical hood film

It tells the story of Caine, growing up in the ghetto of california, it perfectly shows the hard life of young black people go through in the ghetto.

i have always wondered about the gang wars in L.A. We have a gang war going on in the middle of L.A and no one is noticing, we hear about Gadaffi and we hear about bin laden, but everyday young people is getting killed on every street corner of L.A. but no one gives a damn.

This is a fantastic film, that everyone should see if they had the chance. This is the truth, this is what's real.

  18. I think you should watch "Law abiding citizen."
    - Clyde Shelton (Gerard Butler) is a family man whose wife and daughter are brutally murdered and abused during a home robbery. When the killers are caught, only one of them gets the death sentence the other one go free. Clyde Shelton use the next 10 years to make a plan of how he can get revenge of the justice system. And it gets ugly, and several people die.

I think this is a fantastic movie. It is hard to see a dad in that situation but also rough to se what the court do to some people.
